I developed this blend because the last two places that I have lived rank high on the worst places to live for allergy issues! Tennessee has been home most of my life but Kentucky was home for many years as well. Tennessee and Kentucky boasts some pretty terrific scenery but all that grass, flowers, trees, etc. come at a price. I LOVE Knoxville, TN but I have to say even though I never really get sick I do fight allergies and so do many of my family members and friends so I always keep Allergy Tea on hand! Organic herbs: Echinacea leaf, peppermint leaf, licorice root, chamomile flowers, rose hips, sage leaf, lobelia, ginger root, alfalfa, nettle leaf.

I have struggled with anxiety ALL MY LIFE. Maybe some of you know my story but most don't but that a story for another place and time. But just know if you suffer with anxiety I get you! It can rob us of so much of life. Anxi-Tea was probably one of my first blends because I wanted a tea blend to help with a condition that I was so intimately acquainted with. As with most of my teas, I use it for awhile and have other test it out before listing it for sale. Anxi-Tea has been a hit! Organic herbs: passionflower, lemon balm, peppermint, chamomile, lavender flowers.

Some of my tea blends are blends that are tweaked from a recipe that I have from my herbal teachers throughout the years. This is one of those. I love Chai tea but most chai blends contain black tea and I really try to limit my caffeine intake. So I played around with this blend and really like how it turned out! It is a bit spicier than your average chai especially if you cook it on the stove instead of just steeping like your average tea but not too spicy. If you love chai and want to try a new twist add this to your chai collection! Organic herbs: burdock root, dried ginger root, cinnamon chips, cloves, crushed cardamom pods, dried orange peel, black peppercorns Specialty option has turmeric added for those that want to make a Turmeric Chai Latte!

I developed this blend to help people who wanted to GENTLY cleanse their bowels and liver. After studying herbalism, aromatherapy, and nutrition, I cringe when I see people signing up or purchasing cleanses that are just too much in my opinion. I get it you want fast results but most of the time it is better to take it slow and not force your body to release things so quickly. This Cleanse Tea might be just the blend for you try especially if you struggle with constipation and crap literally crap stay in your body way longer than it should. I love that this cleanse doesnt just cleanse the bowels but offers support of the liver as well which is vital to any detoxing you want to do in the body. Organic herbs: peppermint leaf, Senna leaf, fennel seeds, orange peel, marshmallow root, dandelion root and leaf, milk thistle, cinnamon chips.

I had a blast blending up this tea blend for Alex Clark of Poplitics powered by Turning Point USA. She has been a family friend for years. I have followed her career from her disc jockey days in Louisville and Indianapolis to now being the queen of pop culture without the propaganda and keeping us in the know in conservative politics. As I was listening to her daily show, it dawned on me that she needed an actual Conserva-Tea to drink. I shipped her the first batch and she was kind enough to post on her stories and now Poplitics fans and CuteServatives across the United States are showing their pride by drinking my Conserva-Tea and sharing about it online! Organic herbs: peppermint leaf, nettle leaf, red raspberry leaf, fennel seeds, rose petals.

It took months to begin to progress after diagnosis and treatment but so much damage was donetil this day I have to baby my gut. Years ago I attended a class about making herbal products specifically for kids. As a mom of five, I have always tried to make remedies that my kids would use. Granted they have complained throughout the years about mamas remedies BUT this is not one of them. It is such a delicious and beautiful tea that kids will happily drink. Now its not just for kids. It is loaded with herbs that contain a generous amount of vitamin C. Most people know how important vitamin C is to the immune system. It way better to enjoy this tea and get your vitamin c than chewing some questionable vitamin c supplement! Also, this tea is a wonderful support to the cardiovascular system.
